1. Termination of Advisory Agreement
The Investment Advisory Agreement may be terminated under the following circumstances:
- Voluntary or mandatory termination by the Investment Adviser.
- Voluntary or mandatory termination by the client.
- Suspension or cancellation of the Investment Adviser’s registration by SEBI. (The client may be provided the option to terminate).
- Any action taken by a regulatory authority or government body affecting the continuation of services.
2. Advance Fees
The Investment Adviser may charge advisory fees in advance if agreed by the client. Such advance fees shall not exceed the maximum period permitted under SEBI regulations, which is currently one year.
4. Processing of Refund
Any eligible refund will be processed strictly within 7 working days from the date of confirmation of the refund request.
3. Refund of Fees Calculation
Proportionate Refund
In the event of premature termination, the client is entitled to a refund of proportionate fees for the unexpired portion of the service period.
Exclusions
The final calculated refund amount will strictly exclude applicable GST or other government taxes.
Notice Period Billing
The notice period will include the continuation of advisory services and will be considered in the calculation of the billable amount.
Breakage Fee
The Investment Adviser may retain a breakage fee not exceeding one-quarter of the advisory fee, as permitted under the agreement terms.
